Dennis/ Vortex Electric was a lifesaver this morning- the morning after thanksgiving when you need as much freezer space as possible- our power in our garage had gone out, including the septic system tank (catastrophe avoided), and we gave him a call first thing and he was able to guide us over the phone to fix the issue and restore power. Dennis came to properly install my EV charger. Another company had done the original installation, but hung the charger directly onto the Sheetrock. After one year of using the charger it fell off the wall. Dennis moved the charger to a position over a wall stud and l am confident it will last a long time. Dennis was very responsive to my texts, he texted me when he was on his way and when he arrived. Just a very pleasant person, you will trust him and like him and your job will be done right the first time. This is the second time Dennis has been to our home, the last time he replaced switches in our bathrooms for the fans and lights. We asked Vortex Electric to install two floor electric outlets next to our chairs, so that we could plug in our electronics. Vortex was recommended to me by another electrician. Dennis, the owner and electrician was very competitive in cost,but was available within 48 hours. He was friendly, prompt, efficient and professional.  We would definitely use him again. Just purchased a home that had a couple of electrical issues. One of them being a breaker that kept tripping. Called Vortex for a service call and they were there within the hour. Dennis went to work troubleshooting and found two short circuits.
